Get an overview of the common technologies and tools on the market and understand their applications. Also, learn how to convince other stakeholders of the potential of your automation project.

In this program, you get to grips with the fundamentals of AI, its development and history, and dive into practical implications. You learn how to leverage AI technologies within process automation initiatives and pioneer their use within your organization. Using tools such as the Google Teachable Machine and the Microsoft AI Builder, you'll get to practice your new skills in hands-on sessions and make use of the new knowledge.

As a Citizen Developer you become able to automate processes in your department on your own! From identifying the suitable processes to optimizing them, measuring the KPIs, and building the automation yourself – you get all the knowledge in one place. You also have the option of earning a relevant certificate from the provider of your choice, such a the UiPath Associate or the Power Platform Fundamentals. We‘ll be your sparring partner along your automation journey.

Level up your automation skill and become a advanced Citizen Developer. From selecting relavant use-cases to developing advanced automation solutions, you'll learn practical skills that help you drive process efficiency across the entire organization. This learning journey is designed for users with preexisting automation knowledge and it will help you specialize in your tool of choice, such as UiPath or Microsoft Power Platform.

✔ 1h of 1:1 coaching per week
✔ 6-12 months duration
Learn the business value and product capabilities of Microsoft Power Platform and understand how it can be used to build simple Power Apps, connect data sources, and automate processes. Upon completion, you will be prepared to take the MS Power Platform PL-900 exam (not included in the course)
